Pool Closure
In the event that weather emergency, power failure or mechanical issues with the pool cause a class to be cancelled, every effort will be made to provide a makeup class. If this is unable to be arranged a refund for the missed class will be provided. If advanced notice of a cancellation cannot be given Prestige Swim Academy will supervise children until the parent (or authorized person) arrives.
Covid 19 Safety Guidance
•In accordance with Toronto Public Heath, Programs will be running at 50% capacity.
•Please ensure students have their signed Health Screen Assessment Sheet ready to show during attendance
•Masks must be worn at all times in the change rooms
•Physical distance for changing space will be marked with tape/signs
•Upon entering the pool masks will be hung on wall hooks provided
•Physical distance protocol will be observed during class, children will be spaced accordingly
•Kindly pack additional masks for swim as they will get wet
Pick up
Parents are responsible to notify Prestige Swim Academy of any absences from a class their child is registered for. Parents must provide Prestige Swim Academy names of all people authorized to pick up their child. Any changes in this information should be given in a revised, written and signed letter.

•In order to keep the school occupancy to a minimum, Parent pick up at Brown PS will take place at 4:45 pm in the Kindergarten yard on the west side of the building
•Pick up for Deer Park will take place at 5:00 pm outside the Pool main entrance located on the East side of the building
LATE PICKUPS: It is understood that some things are out of our control and running late may happen. However if, 30 minutes has passed since a class has ended, and the parent (or authorized person) has not contacted Prestige Swim Academy, and any attempts made by Prestige Swim Academy to reach the parent (or authorized person) are unsuccessful, the police and Children's Aid Society may be contacted.
Refund
5 DAYS PRIOR & UP TO THE PROGRAM START DATE ONLY: Refund of program fees will be given - minus a $20 processing fee. Withdrawn notices must be received by written email to info@prestigeswimacademy.com before the first class.
Pending space availability & at the discretion of Prestige Swim Academy Instructors, transfers into another program during the same term are permitted with no applicable processing fees.
PRIOR TO THE SECOND CLASS: A refund of 80% will be given - minus a $20 processing fee - provided notice is received by written email to info@prestigeswimacademy.com before the second class.
Pending space availability & at the discretion of Prestige Swim Academy Instructors, transfers into another program during the same term are permitted with no applicable processing fees.
AFTER THE SECOND CLASS: Refunds of program fees will no longer be available.
No refunds or credits will be issued for missed classes.
Receipts
Receipts for program fees paid are not provided by Prestige Swim Academy. Programs that qualify for government tax credits will be processed upon request at the end of the program. Please visit: http://www.rev.gov.on.ca/en/credit/catc/index.html for more details.
Liability
I agree as the parent of a participant in the 'After 4' Program that Prestige Swim Academy, nor its employees, nor directors will be liable for any injury, loss or damage that may occur during lessons by any participant in association with such participation and use.
